2) Use the Submit a Request link inside of our Support portal:
Required information: Subject and Description
Each ticket should include a subject and description.
Optional information: Ticket Issue, Priority, Attachments
Including optional information will help us further triage your request.
Ticket Issues: Identity and Access, Analytics or COUNTER, LibLynx Portal Access, Other
Priority: Low, Normal, High, Urgent
Attachments: Upload images or other documents as needed
